PART 2: @arabellasol.lopez has been training at The Golf Performance Center with our amazing staff of Academy coaches for almost a decade. The 14 year old CT Women’s Golfer of the Year has also been representing her Puerto Rican heritage this year and we tagged along in her first tournament wearing the PR red, white, and blue. The following is Part 1 of her trip to play in San Juan at the AJGA Discover Puerto Rico Championship.

WHAT A DAY!!! The Golf Performance Academy’s @oliviazamarripagolf was on fire at the USGA qualifier for the US Women’s Open at Haworth Country Club yesterday, shooting an opening round 78 followed up with a PERSONAL BEST 70 in her second round of the day! With TGPA’s @_trinimo on her bag, Olivia holed an eagle from 40 yds out, and finished the round with a pair of birdies. She also completed her entire round with only 23 putts!!!

Congratulations to all of our Golf Performance Academy athletes who competed this weekend at the IMG qualifier in Wintonbury Hills, Bloomfield, CT!!! We several golfers put up great numbers including @griffin_lawlor_golf who dropped a PR for the second tournament in a row- shooting a 68 and finishing in 3rd overall! Hard work continues to pay off for all of our TGPA athletes!!!
