At The Academy at The Golf Performance Center, Charlie is responsible for designing and implementing educational programming for junior athletes as well as overseeing the operations of campus life. She is committed to improving teaching and learning practices to ensure student needs are met and educational goals are achieved. She is passionate about non-traditional and alternative forms of education that are student-centered.

Charlie was previously the Director of a private education services company in Boulder, CO. She holds degrees as a M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Special Education from Miami University.
