Three Academy Athletes Shine at the 2025 Junior Pan American Games

The Golf Performance Academy is proud to celebrate three of our student-athletes who teed off on one of the biggest stages in junior golf, the 2025 Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay.

Representing their countries with pride, Colomba Vassallo Tuset (Chile), Cristina Alvarez (Colombia), and Arabella Lopez (Puerto Rico) earned the incredible opportunity to compete among the top young golfers from across the Americas. This once-in-a-lifetime experience not only showcased their talent but also reflected the dedication, discipline, and training that defines The Golf Performance Academy.

Early in the week, Team Chile and Team Colombia surged into contention during the mixed team competition, with standout performances from both Colomba and Cristina. Their strong play set the tone for an exciting week, as the tournament transitioned into three rounds of individual competition for the coveted gold medal.

We’re thrilled to congratulate Cristina Alvarez and Team Colombia on capturing the bronze medal in the Mixed Team event! An incredible achievement on the international stage.

These athletes embody the Academy’s commitment to developing not just great golfers, but well-rounded competitors who carry their passion and perseverance onto every course they play. We couldn’t be prouder of Colomba, Cristina, and Arabella for representing both their countries and The Golf Performance Academy with such excellence.
